By using ChargeKey LLC’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Use:

Power banks must be returned within 24 hours. Unreturned items may incur a fee equal to the cost of replacement.
Deposits, if applicable, will be refunded once the power bank is returned in good condition.

2. Payments:

Charges: $1.50 per 30 minutes, $3 per hour, with a daily cap of $12.
Subscriptions and additional fees are charged according to the plan selected.

3. Deposits:

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of rental. This deposit will be credited back to your original payment method upon the safe return of the power bank.

4. Liability:

ChargeKey LLC is not responsible for device damage caused by improper use of our power banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring the safe return of rented power banks.

5. Refund Policy:

Refunds for unused time, deposits, or subscription cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination of Service:

ChargeKey LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse or violation of terms.

7. Updates to Terms:

ChargeKey LLC may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
